Bipolar When It Counts

So here is something to ponder.  I’m currently taking a distance course to become a Natural Health Consultant.  I truly hate having to put all these chemicals into my body, although I understand the necessity. I do incorporate as many natural remedies as I can to help with the other issues, such as yoga, tai chi, meditation, massage.

So here is my question.

Do any of you have any natural health remedies that you swear by. This could be anything from vitamins, chiropractics, dance, art, or music therapy, aromatherapy, herbal remedies.
